The two ways to power a Starlink Mini away from mains, and what their status lights mean.
Overview
Both accessories here replace the 15 m power cable and power supply that ship with the Starlink Mini, so the Mini can run from a USB-C supply or a vehicle socket instead of a wall outlet.
Neither cable is a general-purpose USB-C cable. They are built to power a Starlink Mini and nothing else, and they will not charge a phone or run a Router 3.
Mini USB-C cable
A 5 m (16.4 ft) cable that powers the Mini from a USB-C supply.

LED

Mini car adapter
Powers the Mini from a standard 12 to 24 V automotive auxiliary socket, the one most people call the cigarette lighter. Currently sold in select markets only.

The cable’s own LED behaves the same as the USB-C cable above: red means too hot, no light is normal.
