Help

Support links and an AI assistant chat that a human agent can join.

Overview

The Help tab is where you go when something is wrong and the other tabs have not told you why. It has two parts: a row of support links, and an AI Assistant chat panel. The assistant answers directly, and a support agent can join the same conversation when the question needs a person.

The Talk to support button on the Diagnostics page brings you here, so the usual path is to run a diagnostic report first and then come and describe the problem.

Before you start

  • The support links open external sites in a new tab.
  • Have your diagnostic report ready if the problem is with the router itself. See Diagnostics.

Steps

  1. Open the Help tab.
  2. Try the support links first, because the knowledge base covers the common cases.
  3. If you need a person, type your question into the AI Assistant panel.
  4. Stay in the conversation. A support agent can join it when needed.

Troubleshooting

The chat panel does not load. The assistant is an external service; a browser or network that blocks it leaves the panel empty. Use the Telegram or GitHub links instead.
