## Overview

The **Help** tab is where you go when something is wrong and the other tabs
have not told you why. It has two parts: a row of support links, and an **AI
Assistant** chat panel. The assistant answers directly, and a support agent can
join the same conversation when the question needs a person.

The **Talk to support** button on the Diagnostics page brings you here, so the
usual path is to run a diagnostic report first and then come and describe the
problem.

## Before you start

- The support links open external sites in a new tab.
- Have your diagnostic report ready if the problem is with the router itself.
  See [Diagnostics](/en/guides/nasnet-panel/diagnostics/).

## Steps

1. Open the **Help** tab.
2. Try the support links first, because the knowledge base covers the common cases.
3. If you need a person, type your question into the **AI Assistant** panel.
4. Stay in the conversation. A support agent can join it when needed.

## Reference

| Link | Where it goes |
| ---- | ------------- |
| **Knowledge base** | Browse guides and documentation. |
| **Telegram support** | Chat with the team on Telegram. |
| **Report a bug on GitHub** | Open a new issue in the project repository. |

## Troubleshooting

**The chat panel does not load.** The assistant is an external service; a
browser or network that blocks it leaves the panel empty. Use the Telegram or
GitHub links instead.
