LAN
LAN ports, the interfaces where the router is a DHCP client, and every active DHCP lease.
Overview
The LAN tab is the local-network view. It opens with a LAN ports card carrying the same live port diagram as the Overview banner, then DHCP Clients, the interfaces on which this router is itself a DHCP client and in practice means the WAN links, and finally Leases, every address the router has handed out.
Everything on the page reloads every three seconds, so leases appear and expire as they happen. Leases are where you do the actual work here: you can pin a dynamic lease so a device always gets the same address, or drop a lease entirely.
Before you start
- WAN ports are managed on the WAN tab, not here.
- Removing a lease cannot be undone from the panel.
Steps
- Open the LAN tab.
- Find the device you care about in the Leases table by searching for host name, MAC or address.
- To make its address permanent, press the pin button on a lease marked dynamic. A “Lease made static” toast confirms.
- To drop a lease, press the trash button and confirm in the Remove DHCP lease dialog.

Troubleshooting
“This router is not a DHCP client on any interface.” No uplink is using DHCP, and a static or PPPoE WAN is normal and produces this message.
“No active leases.” Nothing has requested an address yet, or the DHCP server is not running on the LAN bridge.
“Missing router credentials for this session.” Reconnect to the router from the Routers list.
